shipping

we ship monday through friday. orders will be placed in the mail within 2-3 business days. expect the carrier to take 2-5 business days for delivery. shipping and tracking information will be included in your email receipt. we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

return policy

we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unused items in their original condition. to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. the return must be received within 14 business days. customers are responsible for return shipping costs. original shipping fees are non-refundable. we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
